I am so discussed with Uber eats services ...On Tuesday I ordered two meals at Mcdonolds I also receive a 100 off my first two orders placed I went ordering the meals I added my banking details to pay and while processing the orders the app was giving me exception errors saying that the order cannot be processed now I then tried again to purchase order with the discount of R100 but should use your card payment to receive the discount the order went through but not knowing a cash payment went through the app is so useless I then cancelled the order which the order came R173.10 the second time I placed two orders again the discount was app**** which came to R66.28 I placed the order to the meals so when he food arrived we saw that there was absolutely nothing on the meals only patty I was soo infuriated also checking my online banking that they have taken a payment for R173.10 and R66.28 for the delivery not even coming for the order of R66.28 nothing I am absolutely angry with them I sended them emails and to pictures of the meals And the payment that they took out of my account they did not reply yet it is not even useful advising them what your issue is they have not reply to me as from Tuesday regarding my issue I address they..I so upset because I have cancell the order and they have taken two payments out of my account i want I want my money back into my account
