Rather pay cash once full order received

This is the first time my issue has not been resolved, instead I'm being ignored. Ordered KFC through the Uber Eats app. Received a call from the driver saying he cant access my address. min later a lady from kfc phones me stating she can't give me my whole order but will tell the driver to log it with Uber. I logged a ticket with uber to follow up a few days later. Almost 2 weeks later still did not hear anything or received the money back.
