R500 Refund

I have been query an amount of R500 a month now and Uber eats cannot give me a straight answer as to what is going on with my refund! At this point I’m convinced Uber has started *****ing because it’s always “ we have processed your refund and it should reflect within a week” “then it’s within 3-5 working days” and then back to a week. Their service is absolutely disgusting and frustrating.
