R208.40 cancellation fee, totally unfair

i placed an order on uber eats (Debonairs, Dube) only to realize few minutes later that i used my home address instead of the current location, called in to cancel, i was told to call uber eats, which I did immediately and I spoke to a very rude lady who sounded like she was in a hurry through out the call, she didn't even care to explain that I wont be refunded if I cancel... yhoo this app is a **** guys weeeiiboo....a whole R208.40 gone just like that... what kind of business that does on refund customers when they want to cancel not even 50% bathong awah this company is a ****, am deleting the app
