R10 credit for R500 order

I ordered from Burger King on the 23rd of September. The order took over an hour. I spent over R500. The entire order was a mess. Sauce all over the burgers, soaking wet. Wrong beverages, missing items. The whole thing was a mess. I gave uber eats feedback with photos and they said they'll give me R10 credit. Worst service ever and very disrespectful employees.
