Quick to take your money, quick to deny accountability

I did not receive the correct order from Barcelos Kyalami. When I raised this with Uber Eats I was told that my query related to something I did not order. LOL! I did not receive a refund. UberEats does not have a customer support number to dial in South Africa so I called the store directly and they arranged to deliver the missing items. Pathetic response from UberEats. Quick to take your money, quick to deny accountability. Can't wait for BOLT Food to be available in my area. In the meantime I'm uninstalling UberEats and telling everyone who will listen about how UberEats does not take accountability, does not offer customer service and does not deserve their business!
