****** purchase

I placed an order E6174 from Uber Eats on the 02/03/2025 from City Fuel Bedfordview 38 Van Riebeeck Avenue Edenvale. My driver Francis Xavier arrived at the wrong location as I never changed the address on my order. I then asked if he could deliver to my new address which was about 5 min away he said no. And messaged me he would return my purchase to the store. To date all I do is send follow ups on uber eats which they keep closing my query and stating it is resolved. The purchase shows it was delivered which is untrue. I suspect that my uber driver has ****** the purchase and uber eats refuses to take responsibility.
