Promotions are a ****

I ordered under a 2 for 1 promotion currently running via Uber Eats but was billed twice. Strangely enough, the 2 orders for the same food were routed via two different KFC outlets. When I contacted Uber Eats chat line they referred me back to the telephone app (help) which in turn referred me back to the chat line which referred me back to the app....

Anyone using the Uber Eats application should be very careful as the process is obviously floored and accessing promotions can result in double payment.
