Promotion - weekly orders and no credits app****!

Ubereats are running a promotion whereby if you place any orders you should get credits to use the following week. This week is the third week running, The first week i placed a few orders and no credits were app**** the next week. Last week again I place a few orders and nothing app**** to my account as a credit again. I escalated this via their HELP function and the consultant said they cannot see credits hence they cannot do anything. Ofcourse they cannot see credits but they can review the orders placed and apply the credits. I am inclined to say this is false advertising as theyre luring us to order but do not apply the necessary credits.
