Promo orders - cancelled or request other payment methods

It is now the 2nd time I have ordered something in conjunction with a voucher received, and the 2nd time my payment method is cancelled and I am levied to pay full balance without voucher. I told driver I cancelled my order and now I receive notice on my app that I must pay the balance before my next order. This service has become pathethetic and the moment drivers see there are vouchers or promo's they decline order. Well I will never use uber eats again, too much stress to order anything
