Promo deals not working

Second time having a horrible service from Uber eats regarding my promotions.I ordered last month and the driver didn't deliver how ever charged for a meal I didn't eat as my promo was not reversed.Again on Monday I app**** for a promo code I got from DSTV Now but the promo is not on my account.I spoke to a consultant via Facebook messenger and you don't reply sent screen shots with no reply.The service is ridiculous when it comes to promos
