Promo ****

Made a purchase on the 3rd of January 2025 of R75.90, had a promo code of R50 app**** it during checkout and total amount due was R25.90 after the promo code was app****, I was shocked when R75.90 was deducted from my account, contacted help desk they requested screenshot I sent them, and now they telling it the promo didn’t apply and they making it seem like it’s my fault, yet I want my R50 back
