Priority order took over a hour!

I have made my order a priority even paid for it yet the order took more then hour. If you complain about this ****, they state what the driver said and that's it. You can't argue as they believe the driver over the customer. ***!!! Sort out the restaurants that makes use of this app coz they are causing all this bad reviews.
