Poorly managed and terrible service

Please do not use this company. There are so many other better option out there. I have consistently had issues with deliveries. Either they arrive much later than promised (where you will receive the generic excise that their times are only and estimate, even though you may wait over an hour longer than expected), or your food will just never arrive. The help centre is poorly managed with no help actually given, only useless apologies. Good idea Uber, but this has been an extremely poorly executed business and only causes frustration, hunger and irritation.
