Poor support service

I ordered a cake at spar for R125 I was given a wrong order of a burn of around R55 I never even got my change I contacted support that my order is wrong nothing was done and this Is 2 days ago they claimed they will get back to me in 6-12 hours but they never did ... I told them to take back their burn cos I cnt celebrate birthday with that I didn't even get my change from that R125 instead I had to pay R11 more for what I dnt know
