Poor Shrive Delivery

Hi, I have been using UberEats for the longest time now and have never had a bad experience, ever.

This morning I order a breakfast from Mc Donalds Adderley Street in Cape Town. The driver arrives with my meal, only for me to find that my coffee has spilt, more than half of the coffee has messed, my food is drenched in coffee and the driver expects me to accept the food.

This is totally unacceptable, there is no way I can accept and pay for food that has been drenched in coffee.

I have already paid for my meal , as I have my card linked to my app.

It's been almost 3 hours and I am yet to receive a response from someone.
