Poor services

Place an order 2 hours ago via the app. The driver "completed" the order via the app. I never received it. I called the restaurant, they said that they issued the order an hour ago. When I call the number for the driver on the app it goes to voice-mail. I spoke to him earlier he said he is still waiting for the order from McDonald's..
