Poor Service...AGAIN

Extremely poor service. I get a notification to say my order was cancelled because the driver could reach me. No knock on the front door nor a call to my cellphone, the driver just left. This is not the first time I have been disappointed by their poor service. Previous orders arrived looking as if they had used it a soccer ball. After an order fail rate of at least 60% in my experience, this was the last time I use UberEats. It is a pity an option of ZERO stars does not exist.
