Poor Service. Uber Eats robbing people!!!!!

I ordered from Roman Pizza, on Saturday and paid the driver R100 cash and he made me sign to say I paid. And now uber eats charged me further. 😡😡😡😡😡. When contacted Uber Eats they are unable to refund me because it's more than 48 hours, money was deducted today 25th May. If it was before i would definitely contacted them, but the money was deducted today!!!!
