Poor Service Uber eats. Raw KFC chicken, no food delivery after payment

On the 27th and 28th I had issues with Uber eats.

27th kfc special they had I received raw chicken.

No credit given still.

Today 28th I bought food from elachi via Uber eats.

No food arrived for my kids.

Where did the driver take my food too.

No one responds.

No proper communication numbers. I want my refunds and compensation.
