Poor service Uber Eats and Nando's in Montana, Pretoria

It is the 3rd time my order at Nando's Montana through Uber Eats has been cancelled. You are informed that the order has been delayed and after an hour it is cancelled. Is the problem with uber Eats or with Nando's?
