Poor Service Uber Eats

Good day,

I am extremely frustrated by the service received on the Uber eats app.

I placed an order on Saturday around 3:15pm, I had a gift card valued at R100 which I used to place my order at the food outlet called Elachi and selected the option to pay the balance in Cash.

There are no drivers that come into our area to deliver so I opted to meet the driver at the Phoenix Plaza.

I waited at the door for about half an hour and my battery died, I used my husbands phone to try and contact the store but to no avail as the number was busy.

I have been charged the R100 on the gift voucher but I never received my meal, I am so disappointed and feel ********** as I was charged for something I never received.

If this is the service I get from Uber eats I will be taking this to the newspaper and all social media platforms, I am not letting this go as I feel you are robbing innocent people and I am sure that there are a lot of other customers that have been ****med.

I want a reply by 13/06/2023 9am with regards to what you are gonna do to fix this.
