Poor service received at Ubber Eats

I recently made an order online on ubber Eats and gave simple instructions regarding delivery but my order never arrived and I was still charged for the order which I find very unfair because I was never at fault but their delivery service failed to follow my instructions and I was still charged for their negligence which is very unfair. Ubber Eats please rectify this issue immediately.
