Poor service quality, no investigation from support team

Their support is so poor. No investigation is conducted when their drivers don’t deliver our food. I complained on the 1st of November after their driver took my food and never delivered it. The picture he posted was smudged and the location was totally incorrect . They never even tried to investigate. They just closed the complaint.
