Poor service priority .. waited more than an hour for delivery marked priority

Placed an order on Friday As priority 3 drivers refused to delivery order because it was to far and to late After my money was deducted from my account took my order more than an hour to be delivered ..

It seems like this is an ongoing issue I order at a restaurant also which was 2 km away then it tells me sorry can't order it's to far

It was marked priority and paid extra just to receive my order more then an hour late Now u must complain on the app because maybe they getting to many complaints
