Poor service- incorrect order

On Friday the 15th May I ordered via Ubereats app- a sirloin steak, some cheddar melt schnitzel and half portion of basted wings. And then got the wrong order of some poor family who wants to feed their kids burgers. The most frustrating part is this problem can’t be rectified immediately.
