Poor service from Ubereats

I placed an order on the 6th of September at a restaurant called MamaAfrika cuisine and braai at 9pm. Estimated delivery was at 22:45 pm. I did not have a problem with this even though it was long. I waited and it went past the estimated time. Every time I checked the status of my order the time kept on being extended. I kept on seeing different drivers accepting the order and cancelling. I called a few drivers and they kept saying they can’t find the restaurant. Eventually around 00:31 a I got a message saying the driver is on the way to deliver. I waited and waited and no updates. At 2:00 it still saying driver is 2 minutes away which has been the case for the last hour and a half. 5 hours later the order is still in progress and driver’s phone has been off. I have no way of cancelling or contacting ubereats as the order is still in progress. I want my money back and the total is R308. Poor poor service
