Poor service from UberEats

yesterday I ordered food from Mcdonald Pavilion, I monitored the app to see what going on everything was going well food was picked up from the restaurant but it never reached where I was on the app it showed delivered, I called the restaurant to find out they told me they will ask the delivery guy and call me back. I then use the help option from the uberEats app they told me they are sorry they will refund me after waiting for for food for almost 2 hours but the money will take up to ten days to be back in my account or I can use it to buy again using the app so I opt to buy again, I placed an order and again I waited for it to be picked up after the second restaurant has finish preparing it I had like close to 10 drivers asking me to confirm my address and the last one asked me if we could meet half way to collect my food I told him I cant do that, he then said he wont be able to come to my place I must try and meet in a place he recommended I refused, he said that why uberEats drivers eat our food because we dont want to cooperate. I then went back to the help section on the app explain my case but I was told to wait food will be delivered after 2 hours the delivery guy text me saying he is on his way and will stop by the main road and I need to walk to fetch my food that like 10 minutes walk and I had to walk to get my food because the money was already taken from my account. From now on I am done with that app and I had to delete it just after I collected the food I couldn't understand why we paying for delivery if we will have to fetch food ourselves and I will never recommend this app to anyone who haven't tried it, very poor service and bad communication. It took me close to 6 hours just to get my meal
