Poor service from Ubereats

I ordered foot at 20:47. The store prepared the food and the driver picked up the food to deliver. He arrived at our gate and was at the gate for quite some time. I called him but got voicemail. I sent numerous messages and there was no response. I then contacted Uber eats but I didn’t get any assistance. Then the driver turned and not deliver the food. Up until now Ubereats has not contacted me to explain what happened or anything. The whole night my order was showing as driver on his way. The whole night Uber eats did not assist me or let me know what is happening
