Poor service from Uber Eats (No service at all)

Placed an order with Uber Eats, paid online, s****** driver called Claudious picked up my order and claims to have delivered my food but I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. The store I placed an order from says there is nothing they can do about it, I cannot get hold of the driver neither. Tried contacting UberEats but all I can do is just send emails as they have no contact number to call and log my query.
