Poor service from driver. Food not delivered

The uber eats driver was very rude to me. I ddnt receive my order because apparently I couldn't come pick my order on time. He ddnt follow the instructions I left on the message box and he just left with my food. The number I tried to calm him on the app ddnt go through and he decided to give me a different number, meanwhile the app was timing me for not getting my order on time. Ubereats deducted money from my account for thr food that I ddnt receive
