poor service, food quality

I orderd a buy one get 1 free at Java Lava on the 25 Jan 2025 order no:#1AFB6 and I was not happy with the quality of both plates, the wors was cut small and never ever had java lava gave such small word before, i ordered pap the food came with a bit of rice and that's untidy, I revised the order immediately on the app and commubicated with uber eats via Facebook messenger, on messenger i was asked for an order number which I did provide, later I was asked for a contact number linked to the account because it was said they cannot find the order, i did provide the contact number and later i was asked for an email address because an account linked with this number cannot be found, which made me ask how is that possible, i received an arrogant response asking me for the email address and not answering my questions that how is it psiisble you cannot find the order or my account, it became a back n forth regards to the email and the question I had asked, the following day I recieved a response that I should ignore the previous responses my complaint has been escalated, i still asked how is the order number or account not found, yesterday i sent a communication notifying them that I have not yet been contacted, I was advised i should go rate the order on the app which I had already done and i did respond and told them i had already done that, an arrogant response came back again saying i should go rate the order on the app, I asked if my complaint want not escalted like stated before, i was told a specialized team will get back to me which even now no one is getting back to me, when I checked on the app it said "your issue was reaolved" however no one had contacted me, went back to them regards to issue been unresolved they say they will get back to me even now I am still waiting
