Poor service

My order was delivered to the wrong address, and Uber refuses a refund saying that the "driver tried contacting you" and that the order was left somewhere and that the driver took a picture. You can take a picture of a packet on the ground anywhere, that doesn't prove anything. As for the issue where driver "tried to contact me" I have screenshots of our conversation, so he didnt try to contact me, he did.
