Poor service

I ordered on the UberEATS app and everything was fine from KFC until the driver was on the way. On the app it had said that, that he was 2 minutes away but apparently he had arrived at my place. It clearly showed that he was not even on my address. The order was delivered apparently and after contacting them, UberEATS says that their driver followed the correct procedure and they can not refund me.
