Poor Service

I ordered from two (2( different places from the Ube Eats app. The one driver says we were not at home , so left..... when the other uber driver came from another place had no problem to come in. I tired to call support on uber eats , all they can say is that they will contact me via email. Whiles I'm still having to wait for my food.

Uber Eats has poor customer service and they cannot help you in that moment when you're having trouble reporting that my delivery did not arrive. I did contact the restaurant and they confirmed that my order was collected. Very disappointed in Uber Eats No Help Bad Customer Service
