Poor service!

I placed an order with Uber eats. Part of the order was missing. I laid a complaint within 24 hours and no response was given. I laid another complaint 2 days later and they advised that 48 hours has passed so they cannot reimburse me for the missing item. How convenient of them to respond AFTER their no refund turn around time. Very poor service!
