Poor service

One of your drivers delivered the wrong meal and avoided collecting , blocked our numbers and disappeared. When we called on you for assistance you made it impossible to resolve the issue told us you would contact us but to date you haven’t . You took so long to respond we are unable to report the issue even now because your system says it cannot be refunded because it was order awhile back. This isn’t our fault as you took your time to resolve the issue and the issue still hasn’t been resolved . Your service is terrible , your customer service is bull after we’ve used your services for so long this is the treatment we get . Loosing one client may not affect your business much but I will alert anyone who ever mentions your service not to utilise it because you don’t care about your client but the money you swindle from us
