Poor service

Today I ordered a meal from KFC through ubereats. I payed R91.20 for that meal they delivered a R49.90 meal. I've been trying to get hold of them for more than 4 hours now, I sent an email, went for help on their app and tried to call ubereats and KFC but no answer till now.
