Poor service

My husband have ordered a bag with Ubereats Detpak on 14 August. The bag was supposed to be delivered to the nearest store that was selected to collect from however this is not done\. When the query is done Pamela advised that he should drive all the way to 32 Tiger Moth Road Aeroton to pick it up. and there was a payment done tor delivery to the closer store. Now she advised that they will not refund the delivery fees charged. This is totally not acceptable as there is an extra fee charge and inconvenience cause for one to incur extra petrol expenditure.
