Poor service

I made an account and received an 80% off first-time order discount. When I went to order, it wouldn't let us include the promotion. I contacted Ubereats via email to handle my issue, but I was instructed to wait for the appropriate department to resolve the matter. After four days, they started ignoring my emails. My problem was never solved. All I can say is that Ubereats is a ***** and does not care about its clients.
