Poor service and unprofessional **** of a driver

On the 20/07/2022 I my order was worth R115 at Macdonalds . The diver that delivered my order is Kambere. I paid him R150 then he said he doesn't have change, I asked him to give me R30 then he gave me R40 then I asked my Colleague to give me R10 and I gave him the R10 all in all I paid the driver R120 for my Macdonald food. The driver loaded that I paid R2 for my order like who in their right mind would pay R2 for their order and again which driver would give me my order if I paid R2? I reported the issue on the app after they sent me an email stating that they going to charge me an extra R113 on my next order. No response from them and they haven't fixed my issue. I have 2 weaknesses that saw me pay my order. Please help me resolve this because I will never pay that extra charge. I am left with no choice but to delete my account.
