Poor service and still no refund

On the 1st of April 2026 I placed on order using Uber eats for pizza at Debonairs in South Gate, an incorrect order was delivered and advised the delivery guy who just left and I drove to the South Gate mall to complain, the manager there logged a query and I also did as there was a link sent to me,I then bought my pizza and still today I am waiting for my refund
