Poor Service and not having the customer at heart! *******

Yesterday I ordered using the uber eats app, upon checking the drivee confirmed my order was delivered and I did not get a anything the picture the driver took was the order being in his basket. The receptionist told the driver to come inside and he turned around and left

Upon contacting Uber eats I was Told I will not be getting refund this is extremely unprofessional firstly the driver was not honest to cancel the order he stated the order was delivered.

This is a clear indication that the drivers will take this chance each time with customers because they get away with it and get free food.

I do not even feel comfortable using uber eats anymore because of their poor service and driver dishonesty.

This is absolutely ridiculous and disgraceful!
