Poor service and no order received.

On Friday 31/05/2025 we ordered 5 pizzas online from Roman's Pizza to be delivered at our work place in Brooklyn Pretoria. After an hour we phoned to enquire about the undelivered pizza. We were told it is already delivered. Nothing was delivered. No assistance was given to solve the issue. After leaving work I picked up empty pizza boxes about 2 blocks from our workplace. Exactly 5 boxes as what we ordered
