Poor service and delivery made but nit to the rightful owner

Hi, I placed an order the number of the order is. The order from Chicken Licken Dobsinville and it was 6 pieces family full house 6, and 12 hot wings. I didn't get my order but the driver marked the order as delivered. How can a driver mark it whereas I hadn't gave him the pin code. Please repay my funds because I'm not happy with this bad service, his name is Hope. He was at the wrong street. Please repay me my funds
