Poor service

I placed an order via Uber Eats on the 29 of November 2021 at Debonairs Pizza and I waited for my order all I got was a call from the Uber Eats driver saying he is getting lost and I gave him the correct address and he said he knows the area he is on his way but he never delivered my order and sent emails and requests on the app about the poor service I got from their driver but I never got any help from them. The Uber Eats drivers name is Moreblessing and he was working at Protea Glen mall that day.
