Poor service

POOR SERVICE. I placed an order online on the 23 October 2023 ( KFC SUNNYSIDE). I never got my order but I had to pay for order I never received. I waited outside until I went back inside. I tried to complain but no one is attending to my matter instead they are send email advertising their products. Meal was R49.90 plus delivery fee. No refund. Said I wont be able to continue buying online if I do not pay for order I never received.

I ordered again today chicken Licken Silverton paid but my order was cancelled when I send driver message to tell him that I am waiting outside. He rep**** said other driver took it and he is on his way. Few minutes my order was cancelled and payment reversed. No apology Nothing.
