Poor service

I’ve never gone through such with Uber eats hence the shock and disappointment. I ordered food and only drinks were delivered. I ordered 3 combos which amounted to R195 and I was only refunded R116 as if though they were doing me a favor. Can this really be the level of service we get? I am not impressed with this. It’s utterly disappointing
