POOR SERVICE

I placed an order with Uber Eats around 16:00 last Friday and received this order at 18:45. This was an order for Nandos which is less than a kilometre from my residence. I am not sure if waiting over 2 hours for a meal is UBER's version of easy and convenient!

This is more than unacceptable and the most disgusting service I have ever received from any company. The reason for ordering is the ease and convenience that Uber was supposed to deliver. But clearly Uber is unable to deliver to their promise of easy and convenient.

It is even more frustrating that one cannot make contact with UBER in such cases . I have tried fruitlessly the telephone number that they provide but the usual message of high call volumes played with no one answering. It's just impossible to get hold of Uber in an emergency.

I will never ever use your services again.
