Poor Service

I had made an order on Uber Eats. The driver came to the complex I work at, parked outside, placed my foot on the floor and took a photo of it and then left with the food. The driver did not try to contact me, I had no missed calls from call logs and when I logged a complaint with Uber Eats they do not want to do a refund. Really poor service. The drivers do this on purpose when it's as they want to keep the food for themselves. Really disappointed in the manner this had happened and didn't even get any assistance.
